Solutions to resolving problems could include changes to strategies, structures, policies, processes, and information systems. CORE IT's Business Analysts assist our clients in identifying their critical business needs. There are a number of techniques that CORE IT Business Analysts will use when facilitating business change for the purpose of improving the business. These range from workshop facilitation techniques used to elicit requirements, to techniques for analysing and organising requirements. For the development of new systems or functionality, when appropriate, object oriented techniques are used and documenting system requirements is achieved through UML notation. CORE IT's Business Analysts work to ensure that stakeholders share a common understanding of the problem, the requirements of the resolution, and the method of implementing the resolution.
